Hello friends, I is so excited about how today is Parking Day!
Finn & Charlie and
Gizmo has set up this lovely day to encourage all brave dogs to go outside and
pee on explore a park. I no has to go far to find my park, for it is across the street from my house. Though I has done many, many peeings in it, there is ALWAYS something new to pee on. It is a fantastic park!
|
There was a LOT of this going on. |
|
And some of this.... |
|
And then some more of this. |
|
What a lovely flower. Now I proceeds to eat it. |
|
Sniffing sniffing sniffing sniffing |
|
I's almost out of pee, but I must persevere! |
|
At this house they has chickens in the backyard! Mama has sawed them before, but for some unfair reason I no is allowed to..... |
|
Hold on, I think I can find some more pee for this tree. |
|
Is that a SQUIRREL?! OMFG SQUIRREL!!!1!!1 |
Here is some Instagram photos that Mama magicked to look nicer than anything she could possibly do with iphone camera:
|
I posted this picture on my face books, and it said: "Fear me, Reuben, and my mighty bark! Ruff, ruff!" |
|
Lovely flowers. Yes, I peed on them. |
|
This is people sister and her dog "Rufus." "Rufus" is a brown dachshund who sings "Do You Love Me (Now That I Can Dance)." I is a little jealous of "Rufus." |
|
What a beautiful spring day! |
|
When people sister was littler she started calling this gazebo "the pirate ship." We still calls it that. |
|
Another view of the pirate ship. |
Parking Day was fantastic! However...... I got very involved in pooping on and then kicking a large pile of leaves, which resulted in me having a very gross hindquarter region. So.....
|
AAAAHHHHHHHHH |
|
Oh, the humanities.... |
|
I think I sees escape route.... |
|
THERE IS NO ESCAPE!!! |
Still, Parking Day was a lot of fun. And surely I will do it all over again in a couple of days! Thanks Finn, Charlie and Gizmo for establishing this lovely holiday.
Reuben, sorry to hear about the spammers being so bad. :(
ReplyDeleteYou sure look handsome even when you have the indignity of a baff.
love, Misty the long haired miniature dachshund and her mom Tanya
We really enjoyed your parking day and are amazed at your peeing abilities! That is such a pretty place to go even if there are squirrels in there. Bad luck about the dreaded bath!

Pawsome Reuben. We expected to say you peed on Rufus too. LOL! You got squirrels too, FAB. Not sure about the bath bit pal? Bummer if you ask me. Have a fabulous Friday and have a Happy Park Day .

Thanks so much for Parking with us today Reuben...You're lucky that you have such a nice park so very close to home...I bet by now you have made every little bit of it your very own :) It's impawtant that any dawg coming by know it's YOUR park isn't it? But it was very wrong of your momz to spoil your parking day with a *word that starts with a B that I won't say* didn't you tell her that Park Day is a holiday and no "B Words" allowed?
ReplyDeleteREUBEN.... What a Perfect PARKing DAY Post... We are REALLY Sorry that you ran outta Pee before you Finished your fun time... And REALLY REALLY sorry about the Baff. THAT kinda casts a Pall over the day doesn't it.
ReplyDeletePeeS... you are SOOOOO right about that Pawsible Horse Humping. Just sayin.
YAY! Love your Park Day outing. Well, all except what happened to you when you got home. Sorry about that! :)

Great pics, Reuben! You must be exhausted after all that peeing, pooping, and then the very unfair bath! Hope you have a good Friday evening. XXOO
ReplyDeletesorry your day ended up a wash, BOL i so funny, but it sure started out fun. strange how things can just turn on a dime. it's all fun and games until someone ends up in the tub, as they say.
ReplyDeletei enjoyed seeing your pirate ship and your mighty barkings.
wags, bailey
beautiful spring time pics, too bad you had to end with a bath but a brave guy like you can handle it no problem

That park is right across the street. That's fantastic. All the dogs who leave pee-mail must know you. You must be a legend. We think Rufus might need to be shown who's top dog...just an idea.

Wow, you had an awesome Parking Day there Reuben! We loved that you gave the place a good watering too.
ReplyDeleteHugs,
Lily Belle & Muffin
What a pawsome Parking Day Reuben! Love the pirate ship! You did good at peeings on everything. Too bad about the chickens. I bet they would have loved a visit from you, Reuben! How fun that would be! Take cares and keep on watering the earth!
ReplyDeletePaws,
Ranger (Mom does typings)
You are so lucky to have a park across the street! I likes to pee on everything too! You're my kind of dog!
ReplyDeleteWhat a lovely parking day you had! I'm sorry about your bath though.
ReplyDeletePoppy
Mom did a lot of park visiting but it was all for work - us pups couldn't come with!
ReplyDeleteSam
Oh, Reuben! You are hilarious! So much to pee on; so little time. Sorry about the poop/leaves/kicking/bath incident. We suppose that in this case, a bath was inevitable.
ReplyDeleteSusan and Wrigs
Oh, Reuben, I hate it when my lovely walk in the park has to be ruined by the post-park bath. Thank you for taking us parking with you!
ReplyDeleteReuben, for a little guy, you have a lot of pee inside you. I am afraid of my water bowl, so I run out of pee quickly. Mom and I are new to your blog, because we noticed your name as a Park(ing) Day prize winner. Yay you! We'll be back....
ReplyDeleteLove and licks,
