Friends, I has been having some issues in the technicals and innertubes, and also with Mama hogging up all my computer time, but I wants to get on here with a quickness and tells you about a few things. The first thing is that the winners of the
2012 Petties Awards will be announced at sixty o'clock this evening! (now, that is sixty o'clock in
Reuben time). I sends a big floppy tongue slurp to all the lovely dogs, peoples, and yes catses, maybe even a crab, or a hamster or two, who voted for me in the category (it should be DOGetory by the ways) of Funniest Pet Blogger of 2012. Also of note is some of the other nominables this year (truly they is all of note, I just no has read the notes from every single one):
Daisy the Curly Cat, Oskar and Pam at
Pet Blogs United,
Glogirly and a catses over at
Catfoodbreath. It is a honor for me, Reuben, just to be included among all of the fine nominables. Oh, and if I wins,
Almost Home Dachshund Rescue Society will get some monies to help get more belly rubs to more dachshunds in need. Oh,and also medicals.

In other newses, Hatfield the orange kitty has been fighting with other catses again. We thoughted he was done with that, being the senior kind of catses that he is, but I guess he has an intruder on his territories. I knows all about that, unfortunately.

Yesterday was people sister's birthday, and I was met with a unwelcome kind of surprise:

Howevers, it was very exciting to has all of the foodstuffs and wrapping paper and Hatfields to chase, so I no minds too much that Gretchen camed over. I had to fiercely growl at her a few times, of course.
