Last Wednesday I posted some photos of my cousin Tater Tot. We no looks very much alike, for I is a dog and she is unfortunately a catses. Today I introduces you to my floppy tongue cousin Winnie.
What does you mean we looks nothing alike? We is obviously twin cousins. |
This is a file photo from Christmas, my tongue looks great! |
All I is here to say is that while floppy tongue beauties like me and Winnie is the adorablest thing ever, we has our floppy tongues because we no gotted good dental care in our youths. If you is a breed of dog who is prone to tooths problems, like one of those listed belows, please go get your dentals taken care of! If you is currently the President of the United States, please you can write "universal dog dental health coverage" into whatever bill you is about to sign?
- Toy Poodle
- Yorkshire Terrier
- Maltese
- Pomeranian
- Shetland Sheepdog
- Cavalier King Charles Spaniel
- Papillion
- Standard Poodle
- Dachshund
- Havanese
and just for good measures:

Hi Reuben, thanks for visiting me. I hope we can be pals now. It was very nice also to meet Winnie. My Mommy and Daddy grew up in Wisconsin, we live in Michigan now. I hope you find a good hiding spot and make sure to grab snacks and plenty of water, maybe a comic book or 2.

Dear Reuben,
ReplyDeleteDo I really have to let my person brush my teeth? I hate this. Sometimes she gives me special things to chew on for my teeth instead. I like this much better. Does this still count as taking care of my dentals?
Licks,
Cobi
Very good of you to do a PSA. Dental care is very important.
ReplyDeleteGood luck next week! Hope your dental surgery makes you stop hurting!!!
your pal,
Garth
Reuben, you and Tater Tot need to check out the medal presentation in Competitive Napping. Seriously.
ReplyDeleteThank you for the PSA. I'll be honest, I don't brush my dog's teeth, but I do give them healthy bones to gnaw on and no issues so far. Need to get on top of things, though. A reminder is always good.
ReplyDeleteMango Momma
We like your floppy tongue but we will make sure our mom brushes our teeth so we will have healthy teeth and good smelling breath!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the Public Service Announcing, hope it will help other dogs save their teeth. Winnie is beautiful, you have the same cute expressions!
ReplyDeleteI missed this post during the week! A great PSA. I would be hiding from my momma too!
